SAINT PETERSBURG
BEAUTIFUL ARCHITECITURE BUT A"COLD'' PLACE
The Russian experience was not totally pleasant. Entry and exit was a poainful experience with rude and arrogant border control with long delays.People gereally refelcted the cold climate of St Persburg that sits at the Gulf of Finland in the Baltic Sea. It was foundered in 1703 by Peter the Great and he did a brilliant job with great architecture and dispolays of art. For two centuries it was the capitol of Russia .We found the best way to see the city was via the Hop on Hop off bus.No one smiled--maybe the weather of the food.
