TOM PRICE MOTEL

THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN
Tom Price is sort of isolated and can be found in the Pilbara of WA and best accessed via the Parabadoo Airport where there are regular flights in and out from Perth. Nearby is the spectacularly beautiful Karijini National Park and a good reason to stay in Tom Price.
The Tom Price Motel is not five star for sure and some might argue that it struggles to reach much above one star but in fairness it was clean and as it was the only place in town better than nothing. The rooms are small and dark and old fashioned at best. There is only one window at the rear of each room and it has a steel shutter, claimed to be for security reasons  and if you are lucky you may find something around to prop open the shutter and let in some light. The restaurant is a typical pub that you pay as you go for what could be described as basic pub grub at a fairly high price. So too the room rates. You are next door to the shopping centre, a Coles supermarket and some other small restaurants so grin and bear it and enjoy Karijini National Park
