Allure chocolate Hotel By Karisma was a small boutique hotel on the edge of the old town of Cartagena with a great view overlooking the new city. It was ideal location for walking to the old historic town of Cartagena. Service was very good and pleasant and the rooms modern and clean--you could not do much better than this hotel in a street with a number of good restaurants including one at the hotel
