formerly the Laforet Hotel Tokyo is a short distance from Shinagawa Station and ther JR Yamanote Line.There is a free shuttle bus that runs regularly to and from the station and it is free. Shinagawa is conveniently located to Tokyo and Shinuya and Shinjuku.
The hotel is located in a very pleasant area and has a great Japanese garden at the rear. Nearby are many Shrines and places to visit such as the Sengakuji Temple (resting place of the 47 samurai) and the Shinagawa Shrine. Shinagawa has the Yamanote line, the Narita Express, Limousine bus service to the airports (Narita and Haneda)
The Tokyo Marriott Hotel has large rooms, a very good Executive Lounge and a top class restaurant.The staff aim to please and all speak good English.
