The coastline from Cape Schanck to Point Nepean on the Bass Strait side of the Mornington Peninsula provides some of the best scenery around Victoria . Most of the coastline has walking tracks which allows you to see the stark beauty of this rugged coast with usually few people. Try for Pearce's Beach or Bridgwater Bay.
